Circle, point and underline. Clicks go to the ink while you draw.

Your clicks return to the slideshow, ready for the next slide.
Tips
From experience.

Put the toolbar on the top edge (Preferences → Edge) if your slides use the sides.

If you forget to stop, PenLayer releases by itself after two minutes idle. You can change the time or turn it off.

Set Shape style to Smooth for clean geometry on formal decks, or leave it hand-drawn for workshops.

What if I present on a second display or projector? +
PenLayer currently draws on your main display. Make the display with the slides the main one, or mirror your screen.
Can I draw with the slide clicker? +
Clickers send keystrokes, so you can map a button to ⌥⇧D (start/stop) in the clicker’s own software, or record a different shortcut in PenLayer’s Preferences.
